Here are some questions you may have about making your backyard dreams come true.

Q: Do I need a building permit?

Custom Backyard Adventures will work with any government agencies and homeowners associations to make sure that we have all of the proper permits and approvals to create your dream backyard.

Q: Do you use any recycled products?

Absolutely. Because we use Trex Products, the Trex manufacturing process keeps thousands of tons of wood and plastic scrap out of landfills every year, while delivering our customers decking, railing and fencing products that are not only beautiful and long-lasting, but also environmentally responsible. Find out more about environmentally responsible practices at Trex.

Q: What is the impervious rule?

Impervious surfaces are covered by impenetrable materials such as asphalt, concrete, brick, and stone that do not allow percolation of rainwater into the ground or vegetation. These materials seal surfaces, repel water and prevent precipitation from infiltrating soils. Removal of these impervious materials and/or use of pervious materials, is intended to reduce stormwater runoff rate and volume, as well as associated pollutants transported from the site by stormwater runoff. Custom Backyard Adventures uses pervious materials to make sure that your property is compliant with all state and local laws.
